Customs will be ordered every Monday with our presale orders. Once they are ordered they have a 5-7 business day TAT for us to ship to you. If you need your order placed before the next Monday we will add a $10 rush fee to your order and order it as soon as we have your design and information.

Shipping via UPS or USPS. You may select your preferred option at checkout. Please inspect your order and contact us within 2 business days of receipt for any issues or concerns. Refunds for orders are issued on a case by case basis. Refunds and replacements for orders lost or damaged in transit may be issued by Route Insurance which is automatically added to your order at checkout.
